Hello, hello,

I'm Irina, an executive producer and director based in Brooklyn. I specialize in end-to-end content production from social-first digital campaigns to long form editorial narratives. I've built Youtube channels from scratch, I've directed commercial spots of varying scales and run multidisciplinary teams. 

I'm currently a Director of Production with Game 7, where I lead a team of creative producers and editors. In this role I've built retainer teams, structured to support always-on content creation for brands like Spotify, Aston Martin Aramco F1, and Peloton. I've also led campaigns for brands such as Instagram/Meta, Bose, Nike and Champion, to name a few. 



Prior to joining the agency side, I spent a decade in newsrooms. I was a supervising producer of Editorial Video at Bustle Digital Group. I produced original series for Vox media’s fashion vertical Racked, launching Racked’s first Facebook Watch show titled ‘Your Brain On Shopping‘ and spearheaded one of Racked’s most successful series called ‘Dress The Part,’ which averaged a million views per episode.

Prior to joining Vox, I led East Coast production for Popsugar studios, working on lifestyle and trending series. I have also created original video content for The Huffington Post, which can be seen here.

360 Content Production

I've created work for major brands and editorial channels that reaches millions. My journalistic background helps me bring a unique tone of voice to client work, that helps me create engaging narratives that stick beyond surface-level marketing KPIs.

I have experience developing video content with a social-first lens. I've made everything from smartphone shot pieces, to large scale commercial TV spots, to serialized YouTube franchises that have earned long term, engaged audiences. 

Large Scale Team Management

To date, I've managed a team of 12 full time employees, within a medium size agency environment, overseeing their long term growth and development. I've trained my direct reports in scalable ways-of-working which they've implemented in their respective workstreams. 

Outside of my day-to-day role as a people manager, I also have run productions featuring upwards of 70 crew members. I have an extensive network of skilled freelance partners in all areas of production from Pre to Post.  

Project Scoping & Scaling

One of my core expertise is scaling creative ideas, so they can actually get off the page. I love working with strategists and creatives to make ideas tangible, so they can be put into concrete deliverables. 

As someone who has directed, shot and edited creative assets, I am able to workshop concepts so they can be scaled to fit multiple budgets and scopes.
